RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Right of access:
Pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO, you are entitled to obtain information about which personal data are processed, where they come from, what the data are, whether they are disclosed and to whom and what is done with the data.

Right to rectification and deletion:
Pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, you may request the correction or completion of personal data at any time. Likewise, in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to erasure. In particular, in the case of data which has been published, you also have the "right to be forgotten", i.e. the necessary steps will be taken to delete all links, copies, replications, or similar.

Right to object:
You can exercise your right to object at any time in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO and amend or completely revoke the declaration of consent given with effect for the future.
Right to restriction (or also blocking):
In accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, you may also request the restriction of the processing of personal data. The collected data may then only be processed with individual consent or the processing must then be specifically restricted.

Pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data provided in a structured, common, machine-readable format and to request the transfer of your personal data to another controller.
A right to lodge a complaint with the state supervisory authority is also provided for under Article 77 of the GDPR.
CHARACTERISTICS OF CONSENT
The processing of your data is based on contractual or legal grounds and complies with the requirements of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR).
Consent to the processing of the additional special categories of data is voluntary. Without consent, special arrangements in this regard cannot be taken into account, even with regard to further orders.
The consent to the data processing regarding the sending of information and news of the company is voluntary. By not providing the personal data, no offers and news will be sent.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (hereinafter: Google). Facebook Pixel
Our website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") for conversion measurement.
This makes it possible to track the behavior of site visitors after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of the Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimized.
